INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g fresh chives
- 🧅 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Remove wilted leaves from the chives, wash thoroughly, and prepare them. Store leftover chives wrapped in newspaper and placed in a bag in the refrigerator.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, sesame oil, plum extract, corn syrup, chili powder, minced garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl until well combined.
Cut the chives into 5-7 cm pieces and thinly slice the onion. Avoid cutting the chives too small to maintain a clean presentation.
Combine the chives and onion with the prepared seasoning. Mix gently with a spoon to coat evenly without crushing the vegetables.
