INGREDIENTES

- 3 tbsp mirin

- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of black pepper
- A small amount of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Remove excess blood from the pork using paper towels and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the marinade by mixing all seasoning ingredients together.
Marinate the pork in the prepared sauce for 20 minutes.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil, then stir-fry the marinated pork and sliced onions until fully cooked.
