- 🐖 300g pork shoulder

Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Prepare the ingredients: pork shoulder, green onion, garlic, and seasonings.
Finely chop the green onion.
Mix the seasonings: soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Marinate the pork with the seasoning mixture. Massage well to coat evenly.
