INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 5 eggs
- 🧂 1/4 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 🧅 50g chopped green onion
- 1/3 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 50ml water
PASSOS
Chop the green onion finely.
In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, sugar, green onion, chili powder, and water until well combined.
Heat a pan with oil over medium-low heat until fully heated.
Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Roll the partially cooked egg and pour more egg mixture into the remaining space.
Repeat rolling and cooking until all egg mixture is used.
Cook both sides of the rolled omelette for 1 minute each.
Slice the omelette into bite-sized pieces and serve.
