INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥓 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Dairy
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Garnish
- Korean seaweed, as needed
PASSOS
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 1cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cooked rice and green onion, and stir-fry until the oil coats the rice evenly. Add gochujang and soy sauce, and stir-fry until the flavors are well combined. Add shredded cheese and mix gently to melt the cheese.
Serve on a plate and top with torn Korean seaweed.
