INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 100g boiled peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna greens
- 🥬 4 leaves lettuce
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 5cm green onion, julienned
Wrapper
- 4 rice paper sheets
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Trim the roots of mizuna and cut into thirds. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onion lengthwise and julienne. Julienne the carrot.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (gochujang, garlic, sesame seeds, sugar, vinegar, miso, sesame oil) until well combined.
Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and dip a rice paper sheet briefly, then lay it flat on a cutting board.
Place 1/4 of the shrimp, lettuce, carrot, green onion, and mizuna on the rice paper. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat for all 4 rolls.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a plate, and serve with the sauce on the side.
