INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐟 200g tuna (cut-offs)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 30g chives (1/3 bunch)
Toppings
- A pinch of shredded seaweed
Sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cook the rice and set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the sauce ingredients (garlic, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces and mix with the sauce.
Chop the chives and prepare the shredded seaweed for topping.
Assemble the bowl: place rice at the base, add the marinated tuna, top with chives, seaweed, and a raw egg.
