INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 2 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 80g thinly sliced pork belly
Cheese
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion (white part)
- 4 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Binder
- 1 tsp flour
- 💧 1 tsp water
PASSOS
Cut the green onion into halves and then into quarters lengthwise.
Cut the pork belly slices in half.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (mirin, sugar, miso, ginger) in a bowl.
Place shiso leaves, pork, sauce, cheese slices, and green onion on the spring roll wrapper in order. Roll tightly and seal with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for the second roll.
Place the rolls on a foil-lined tray, brush with sesame oil, and bake in a toaster oven for 8-10 minutes until pork is cooked and golden.
Cut each roll into four pieces and serve.
