INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1 large new onion
- 🧈 1 tsp salted butter
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Meat Mixture
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Preheat the toaster oven to 180°C (356°F).
Slice the new onion into thick rings and arrange them in a heatproof dish.
In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the beaten egg, breadcrumbs, miso, sugar, and pepper to form the meat mixture.
Layer the meat mixture on top of the onion rings evenly.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and breadcrumbs over the top.
Place small dots of butter on top and bake in the toaster oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy your layered bake with new onion and ground meat.
