INGREDIENTES

- 🦑 200g squid, cleaned and cut
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 🧈 10g salted butter

- 🍋 Lemon wedges, as desired

- Chopped parsley, as desired
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Mince the garlic.
Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and skin. Cut the body into bite-sized pieces and halve the tentacles.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the squid and sauté until it changes color.
Add sake, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the pan. Stir briefly and remove the squid from the pan.
Reduce the remaining sauce in the pan and pour it over the squid. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
