- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the lettuce in half horizontally and slice thinly. Julienne the carrot. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice thinly.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, salt, black pepper, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the lettuce, carrot, and shiso leaves, and toss well.
