INGREDIENTES
Tofu
- 🥢 100g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 2 lettuce leaves (60g)
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
PASSOS
Heat dashi powder and water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Scoop tofu into bite-sized pieces using a spoon and add to the pot along with the dried wakame.
Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste into the soup. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot. Heat over medium until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
