INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 6 slices thinly sliced pork (130g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 6 lettuce leaves (70g)
Dairy
- 🧀 3 pieces processed cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
PASSOS
Mix mayonnaise, oyster sauce, and grated garlic in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and cut processed cheese into halves.
Place lettuce, cheese, and sauce evenly on each slice of pork. Roll tightly and season with salt and pepper. Skewer two rolls per bamboo stick.
Brush a baking tray lined with aluminum foil with salad oil. Arrange skewers and toast for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
