INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 300g warm cooked rice
Seafood
- 🍤 4 boiled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head lettuce
Condiments
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Seaweed
- 🟩 2 sheets roasted nori
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
PASSOS
Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl to make the sushi vinegar.
Combine the warm rice with the sushi vinegar by cutting and folding gently.
Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, spread half of the seasoned rice thinly, and layer lettuce, shrimp, and mayonnaise. Roll tightly and let rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve.
