INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Toppings
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 150g ground beef and pork mix
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, as needed
PASSOS
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve cherry tomatoes, and mince the onion.
Heat half the salad oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Crack eggs into the pan, cover, and steam for 1–2 minutes until whites are set. Remove eggs.
In the same pan, add the remaining salad oil and sauté minced onion over medium heat until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until done. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and salt and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Plate the rice, top with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, meat mixture, and eggs. Garnish with chopped parsley.
