INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/4 zucchini, julienned
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, julienned
- 🧅 1/3 green onion, sliced
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 pack tofu noodles
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tbsp oligosaccharide
Toppings
- 1 tbsp seaweed flakes
PASSOS
Julienne the zucchini, carrot, onion, and slice the green onion. Use a slicer for uniform strips.
Drain tofu noodles in a sieve and let excess water drip off while preparing vegetables.
Mix soy sauce, water, sesame oil, sesame seeds, minced garlic, and oligosaccharide to make the sauce.
Stir-fry onion, carrot, and zucchini in a heated pan without oil. Add a pinch of pepper if desired.
Combine all ingredients with the sauce and mix well.
Top with egg strips and seaweed flakes for presentation.
