INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 400g angel hair noodles
- 🥩 200g sliced beef brisket
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- A small amount of cilantro
- A small amount of Vietnamese chili
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 💧 900ml water
PASSOS
Rinse the angel hair noodles under running water.
Soak the noodles in hot water with baking soda for 10 minutes.
Rinse the softened noodles in cold water multiple times to achieve a noodle-like texture.
Slice the onion into thick strips.
In a pot, combine water, onion, soy sauce, and fish sauce, then bring to a boil.
Add the sliced beef brisket to the boiling broth and skim off any foam.
Add the angel hair noodles to the pot and let it simmer briefly.
Add bean sprouts and cook just until they soften slightly.
Garnish with cilantro and Vietnamese chili to taste.
