INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 50g maitake mushrooms
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves
- 2 shiso leaves
Protein
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
- 3 tbsp shirasu
Grains
- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Seasoning
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Heat 1 tbsp of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Push the mushrooms to one side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble lightly.
Add the cooked rice and mix well with the eggs and mushrooms.
Stir in the shirasu, chicken stock powder, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Add the lettuce and shiso leaves, stir-frying briefly until just wilted.
Serve hot and enjoy your well-balanced fried rice.
