INGREDIENTES
Main
- 4 dumpling wrappers
- 50g maitake mushrooms
- 2 tsp dried wakame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- 🧅 a pinch of chopped green onion
PASSOS
Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the dumpling wrappers into quarters.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and water) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the maitake mushrooms, dumpling wrappers, and dried wakame to the pot. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the dumpling wrappers are cooked through. Drizzle sesame oil into the soup.
Pour the soup into a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
