INGREDIENTES

- 🌰 A small amount of nuts
- A small amount of cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 A small amount of minced garlic
PASSOS
Pan-fry the dumplings in a lightly oiled pan until golden and crispy.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, water, corn syrup, mirin, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Place the fried dumplings on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Return the dumplings to the pan, set to low heat, and pour the prepared sauce over them. Stir until evenly coated.
Sprinkle nuts over the dumplings as a garnish before serving.
