INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 servings frozen dumplings
- 1 handful rice cakes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🌰 A small amount of nuts
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Slice the garlic into thin pieces, and chop the green onion into coarse pieces after cutting it lengthwise into quarters.
Chop the onion into coarse pieces.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and cook the dumplings and rice cakes until golden and cooked through.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan, then stir-fry the prepared garlic, green onion, and onion.
Mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp soy sauce to create the sauce.
Add the cooked dumplings and rice cakes to the sauce, along with nuts if available, and mix well until evenly coated.
