    • 💧 500ml water

    • 3 tbsp gochujang
    • A pinch of ramen soup powder
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • A dash of sesame oil
    • 🍅 1/2 tbsp ketchup

Prepare the broth by mixing gochujang, sugar, ketchup, ramen soup powder, and other seasonings in a pot.

Add 500ml of water to the pot and stir well.

Bring the broth to a boil, then add the rice cakes and reduce the heat to medium.

Add the dumplings and cook for 3 minutes. Then add soy sauce and corn syrup.

Optional: Add Vienna sausages or other toppings if desired.

Once the broth reduces by half, drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
