  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp doubanjiang
    • 1.5 tbsp ketchup
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 150ml water

Cut the root off the enoki mushrooms and slice them into thirds. Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
