- 🦑 80g sashimi-grade squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 50g celery, thinly sliced
- 🌿 1/2 bunch cilantro
Marinade
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
PASSOS
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it thinly. Cut the cilantro into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl to prepare the marinade.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the squid one piece at a time, and blanch briefly. Then, rinse in cold water and drain.
Combine the squid and celery with the marinade and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors. Add the cilantro and mix well.
