INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade tuna
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
Garnish
- 2 shiso leaves
PASSOS
Combine mirin, soy sauce, and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it cool to room temperature.
In a bowl, mix the cooled sauce with wasabi and grated ginger. Add the tuna slices and mix gently. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Arrange shiso leaves on a plate and place the marinated tuna on top.
