INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 250g minced pork
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥒 50g cucumber, sliced
- 180g lettuce, torn
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame dressing, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 50ml water
PASSOS
Slice cucumber thinly and halve cherry tomatoes. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Mix miso, sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and cook until partially browned. Add the sauce mixture and cook until liquid is absorbed.
Arrange vegetables and tofu on a plate. Top with meat miso and drizzle sesame dressing.
