INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Cut the tofu in half, place it in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
In another microwave-safe container, mix the ground meat with the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso, ginger), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until the meat is cooked. Stir well.
Place the tofu on a serving plate, top with the meat miso mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions.
