INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 6 slices (100g) pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 6 leaves lettuce
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
☆ Oyster Mayo Sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🥪 1 tsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork slices. In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce and mayonnaise to make the Oyster Mayo Sauce.
Fold each lettuce leaf into a 4cm width, then roll it tightly. Wrap a slice of pork around the lettuce to form a log shape (6 pieces in total).
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
Serve with the prepared Oyster Mayo Sauce on the side.
