INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 12 slices pork loin (150g)
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Curry Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
PASSOS
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm-thick sticks. Soak in water for 3 minutes and drain.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Lay a slice of pork flat, place 1/6 of the potatoes on one end, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roll tightly. Wrap with another slice of pork. Repeat to make 6 rolls and lightly coat with flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned.
Turn the rolls to brown all sides evenly.
Add the curry teriyaki sauce ingredients to the pan and mix. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the rolls.
