    • 💧 300cc water
    • 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes (200g)
    • 1/3 tsp consomme
  • Garnish

    • a pinch of chopped parsley

Mince the onion. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.

In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced onion, and meatball seasoning until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add cabbage and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6-7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
