    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 400ml water
  • Garnish

    • 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste

Finely chop half of the green onion and slice the other half diagonally. Soak vermicelli in hot water and cut into manageable lengths.

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, finely chopped green onion, and the chicken meatball ingredients until sticky. Divide into 6 portions.
