    • 🥚 1/2 beaten egg

    • 🌽 1.5 tbsp canned corn
  • Seasoning

    • 🥛 1.5 tbsp milk
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp red wine
    • 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
    • 1.5 tbsp medium-thick sauce
    • 🧈 5g salted butter
  • Garnish

    • Pinch of chopped parsley

Chop onion, carrot, and asparagus. Microwave onion for 1 minute at 600W, drain and cool.

Mix ground meat with beaten egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until sticky. Add vegetables and corn, mix well.

Grease rice cooker pot with oil. Layer half of the meat mixture, place boiled eggs, and cover with remaining meat mixture. Cook using normal rice setting.

Mix sauce ingredients except butter in a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 50 seconds at 600W, add butter and stir until melted.

Serve meatloaf on a plate, pour sauce over, and garnish with parsley.
