INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Toppings
- Breadcrumbs as needed
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 100ml milk
Seasoning
- 1 tsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
PASSOS
Cut potatoes in half, trim the bottom slightly, soak in water for 5 minutes, wrap each in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Scoop out the insides of the potatoes, leaving a thin edge.
Cut bacon into thin strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add bacon, and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked. Add the scooped potato insides and seasoning ingredients, and mix over low heat until thickened.
Fill the potato shells with the mixture, sprinkle breadcrumbs, and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
