- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 2 pieces mentaiko
Vegetables
- 🥦 4 stalks asparagus
- 🌽 70g frozen corn

- 🧈 30g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 💧 Water as needed
PASSOS
Cut mentaiko into 1cm slices.
Trim the tough ends of asparagus, peel the bottom 10cm, and slice diagonally.
Add soaked rice, seasonings, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup line.
Place mentaiko, corn, and butter on top, then cook the rice as usual.
After cooking, add asparagus, steam for 5 minutes, mix, and serve.
