INGREDIENTES
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seafood
- 25g mentaiko
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧈 2 tsp unsalted butter
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut the mentaiko lengthwise and scoop out the contents with a spoon. Mix it with mayonnaise in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a thin layer of salad oil. Add unsalted butter and let it melt halfway, then pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with chopsticks until the eggs are semi-cooked.
Place the pizza cheese and mentaiko mixture in the center of the eggs. Fold the omelette in half using a spatula and shape it neatly.
