INGREDIENTES
Potatoes
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (450g)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
Mentaiko Cream Dip
- 1/2 mentaiko (25g)
- 3 pieces cream cheese (54g)
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Extract the contents of the mentaiko.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and yogurt until smooth, then add the remaining dip ingredients and mix well.
Peel the potatoes, remove any sprouts, and cut into 5mm thick sticks. Soak in water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
Place the potatoes and flour in a plastic bag, seal it with air inside, and shake to coat the potatoes evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C and fry the coated potatoes until lightly golden. Drain excess oil and remove.
Serve the fried potatoes on a plate with the mentaiko cream dip on the side.
