- 🍞 1 loaf French bread

- 50g mentaiko
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste

- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
PASSOS
Remove mentaiko from its casing and place it in a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, grated cheese, and garlic paste to create the mentaiko sauce.
Slice off the top of the French bread and make vertical cuts halfway deep. Spread butter into the cuts, then apply a thin layer of mentaiko sauce inside. Spread the remaining sauce over the surface.
Toast the bread until golden brown and garnish with chopped parsley.
