INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Seafood
- 1 piece of mentaiko (50g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Vegetable
- 4 shiso leaves, sliced
- 250g nagaimo, peeled and mashed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu sauce
- 🌰 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Cut open the mentaiko and remove the roe.
Slice the shiso leaves thinly. Peel the nagaimo, place it in a plastic bag, and mash it with a rolling pin until smooth.
Add the mentaiko and mentuyu sauce to the mashed nagaimo and mix until evenly combined.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and sliced shiso leaves.
Divide the rice mixture into serving bowls, top with the mentaiko-nagaimo mixture, and place one egg yolk in the center of each bowl.
