INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices of bacon
Vegetables
- 🌽 3 tbsp of frozen corn
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 🧈 10g of salted butter
- 🥛 150cc of milk
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Seasoning
- 2/3 tsp of consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Liquid
- 💧 100cc of water
PASSOS
Place the cooked rice, frozen corn, and seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, water, milk) into a microwave-safe dish. Cut the bacon into your preferred width using kitchen scissors, add it to the dish, and tear the cheese slices into pieces before adding them. Mix lightly and top with butter.
Cover the dish and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Stir lightly, then sprinkle black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
