INGREDIENTES
Cheese Omelette Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
- 🐟 1/2 can (35g) tuna
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🥪 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
Mug Pizza
- 5 tbsp pancake mix
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🍅 To taste ketchup
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
- 🥓 1 slice bacon
- 🌽 1 tbsp corn
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 To taste pizza cheese
Mug Mapo Tofu Plate
- 50g ground pork
- 50g firm tofu
- 🧅 5cm green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Mix egg and salt in a bowl.
Add rice, tuna, and ketchup to a mug and mix well.
Spread mayonnaise evenly, pour egg mixture, and add torn cheese.
Microwave uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes.
Mix pancake mix, milk, and olive oil in a mug. Add ketchup and pepper.
Top with cheese, halved tomatoes, sliced bacon, and corn.
Microwave uncovered at 600W for 3 minutes.
Chop green onion directly into a mug and mix with seasonings.
Add ground pork and tofu, mix gently, and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until pork is fully cooked.
