INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 2 slices pork loin
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Breading
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Oil
- As needed olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- As needed baby leaf greens
- 🍋 As needed lemon wedges
- 🍅 As needed cherry tomatoes
PASSOS
Mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a tray.
Prepare the pork by cutting the sinews, flattening it with the back of a knife, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Coat the pork in flour, then beaten egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the breaded pork over medium heat until both sides are golden and the pork is cooked through.
Remove excess oil, add butter to the pan, and coat the pork evenly.
