INGREDIENTES

- 70g curry powder
- 🥛 550ml milk
- 80g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
- 🥕 50g carrot, diced
- 🥒 50g zucchini, diced
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
PASSOS
Chop the onion, carrot, potato, and zucchini into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add ground pork and stir-fry quickly until browned.
Add diced potato and carrot, and cook until softened.
Add zucchini and stir-fry quickly until just tender.
Pour in 550ml milk and bring to a gentle boil.
Add curry powder and stir well to dissolve completely.
Once the curry starts boiling, turn off the heat.
