INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 100g sliced pork
- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into 2cm pieces
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150cc water
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into 2cm wide pieces.
Heat sesame oil and grated ginger in a pot over low heat until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add cabbage and stir briefly, then add the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
Once the cabbage is tender, add milk and warm over low heat without boiling.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
