- 180g minced meat

- 150g nagaimo, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
PASSOS
Cut nagaimo into half-moon slices and chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add minced meat and garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
