INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 4 green beans
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
PASSOS
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut into 8 wedges with the skin on, and soak in water. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Slice the onion into 1cm strips, trim the ends of the green beans and cut diagonally into thirds, and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the ground meat and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Then, add the potatoes, onion, and green beans, and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the seasonings (salt, pepper, curry powder, and grated cheese) and stir-fry until well combined.
