INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 6 sheets spring roll wrappers
Protein
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 100g cooked soybeans, mashed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil for frying
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- A pinch of cumin powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
Binding Agent
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp flour
Garnish
- 🍋 Lemon wedges as needed
- Ketchup as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
PASSOS
Mince the onion and garlic.
Mash the cooked soybeans roughly in a plastic bag.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add onion and cook until translucent. Stir in the seasonings and mashed soybeans, cook for 1 minute, then transfer to a tray to cool.
Cut spring roll wrappers into thirds, fold into triangles, and fill with the cooled mixture. Seal the edges with the water-flour paste.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 180°C (1cm depth) and fry the samosas on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges, ketchup, and mayonnaise as desired.
