INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g halved Brussels sprouts
- 🥦 100g chopped broccoli
Protein
- 150g sliced sausage
Seasoning
- 🧄 3 cloves sliced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Prepare the Brussels sprouts by removing outer leaves and halving them. Chop the broccoli and slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the Brussels sprouts and broccoli in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 1–2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Blanch the sausage briefly in boiling water to remove excess grease. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the blanched Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and sausage to the pan. Stir-fry everything together.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
