INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of bread
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Sausage
- 🌭 4 Vienna sausages
Condiment
- 🍅 Adequate amount of ketchup
Breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
PASSOS
Trim the brown edges of the bread and flatten it using a rolling pin.
Cut the flattened bread vertically. Skip this step if using regular sausages.
Blanch the sausages in hot water for about 30 seconds, then drain.
Spread beaten egg on the inside of the bread, place a sausage, and roll it up. Ensure the ends are sealed with egg wash.
Coat the outer surface of the bread roll with egg wash.
Evenly coat the bread roll with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, deep-fry for a richer taste.
Insert toothpicks and drizzle ketchup on top. Optionally, add sugar or mustard sauce to taste.
