INGREDIENTES

- 🍄 1 pack mini king oyster mushrooms
Meat
- 200g spam
Condiments
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Pour hot water over the spam to remove excess grease.
Pat the spam dry with a kitchen towel.
Dice the spam into cubes similar in size to the mushrooms.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the mushrooms.
Add soy sauce, tuna sauce, corn syrup, and oyster sauce to the pan over low heat and stir-fry.
Drizzle sesame oil and finish cooking.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
