INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork slices
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Eggs & Dairy
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
Toppings
- 1 tbsp tempura flakes
- To taste okonomiyaki sauce
- To taste mayonnaise
- To taste dried seaweed flakes
- To taste bonito flakes
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut the pork slices into small pieces.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix in salt, pepper, flour, and tempura flakes.
Add the pork slices to the mixture and combine well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into 5cm diameter circles and place them in the pan. Top with shredded pizza cheese.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Plate the cooked patties and garnish with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried seaweed flakes, and bonito flakes.
